26.7.2009 Mikkeli International

Way to go Ninja & Diiseli!!! Raisa’s offspring took both CACIBs, BOB & BOS at the Mikkeli International Dog Show today! Congrats also to Cuba’s son Bernarossa Girandola on RES-CAC!
In the group finals Ninja made the cut in the top 5… it was sooo close :)

19.7.2009 Oulu International

Two international shows in Oulu this weekend.
No success on Saturday but today Char/Saimi daughter Essi won the big junior bitch class and Boyd/Geisha daughter Morrison took 4th place. Well done girls!
In the same show Alpweiden Fine Design (a son of Funatic Taittinger) won junior dogs, was 2nd best dog and won his first CAC. Congrats!

Nemo TK1 in obedience

Nemo (Funatic SpongeBob) participated the National Championships in obedience in our breed club’s team on Saturday 11 July in Kangasala. Nemo received ALO1 result and placed 38th out of 102 participants in the ALO class (beginners class).
Congrats Nemo & Sabi on your third ALO1 and receiving the TK1 title!!! Next the open class!

I have received wonderful news from Estonia! Last weekend Boyd’s daughter Ridon Hennet Elisee finished her junior champion titles of the Baltic countries at the tender age of 10 months (BALT & EE & LT & LV JCH)! Congratulations Raili & Liisu!!! Must be a record ;-)
And also great news from Kokkola International Show where Skumppa’s young daughter Alpweiden Forever Jackpot placed BB#3. Two weeks earlier her sister Alpweiden Face The Winner did the same thing in Rovaniemi and received her first CAC, too! Well done girls!

Welcome to the new website of Funatic Bernese!

I hope you enjoy it!

It has taken a long time to re-design the layout and functionality and move all the content under this funatic.fi domain but I’m getting there! Some internal links are still missing or pointing to the old site unfortunately. Also the older news (2004-2008) are not uploaded in here just yet. But I’m working on transferring all the material from the old site to here very soon. Please, be patient :-)

All the news are published in this News Blog from now on. You are very welcome to leave a note and comment the blog entries, too!
