We have a new champion: FI CH, BH Funatic Roquefort!!!
Juusto took his last CAC today at the Winter Dog Show in Turku. Never thought Juusto would be the first one to finish the title in my R litter but it has been quite a ride since last autumn! He is #6 champion offspring to our Raisa!

I’m always super excited about this last show weekend of the year in Finland as this is THE show weekend of the year where you can see some of the most stunning pure bred dogs in all breeds. …and you can do some serious shopping, too. Ask my friend Natalia ;-) This year we had the pleasure of having two title shows during one weekend; Finnish Winner Show on Saturday and Nordic Winner Show on Sunday.

Nemo & Sabine, Juusto & Natalia and Nanuq & Janne passed the BH trial today in Helsinki. The weather conditions were rather challenging… It was pouring rain more than enough as you can see from the photo.

Four Funatics participated in the obedience championship of our breed club (SSFS).
Funatic Q-Pi-Don made his debut in the unofficial trial and won the class! Congrats Janne and Nanuq! And off to the official trials, right :)
Funatic Roquefort and Natalia and Funatic Super Trooper and Taija competed in beginners class and both took ALO2 result. Funatic SpongeBob and Sabine competed in open class and took AVO2 result.

Cuba made a pretty clear statement today that he won’t stay in the shadow of his aunties and cousins any longer.
The show ground in Tuomarinkartano seems to be THE place for Cuba. Last year his first CAC and BOB came in here and this year… CAC BOB GROUP 1 and BIS 2! Now he needs one more CAC.
We also had Juusto in intermediate class, the barenaked lady Luisa in junior class and Ninja in champions. Cuba’s daughter Valkeakoivun Emerentia took EXC1 from intermediate class and BB#4.
Not a bad weekend for team Funatic at all! Thank you my wonderful friends and Thank You judges!

I also received wonderful news from Lithuania where Cuba’s son Bernarossa Girandola took JCACs on two days and was BOS junior and BOB junior. Well done!

I have received wonderful news from Estonia! Last weekend Boyd’s daughter Ridon Hennet Elisee finished her junior champion titles of the Baltic countries at the tender age of 10 months (BALT & EE & LT & LV JCH)! Congratulations Raili & Liisu!!! Must be a record ;-)
And also great news from Kokkola International Show where Skumppa’s young daughter Alpweiden Forever Jackpot placed BB#3. Two weeks earlier her sister Alpweiden Face The Winner did the same thing in Rovaniemi and received her first CAC, too! Well done girls!
